The Piedmont, located at 3024 Piedmont Road, Huntington, WV 25704 features four spacious (955 sq. ft.) two-bedroom corner apartment homes that have energy efficient windows with washer & dryer connections. Washer & dryer sets may be leased with your apartment home. This location offers off-street parking in the rear of the building.

Trash is included. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.

Pets are permitted but must first be approved by management. A one-time $250 nonrefundable pet fee is required, as well as $30 monthly pet rent. Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact our office for more information. Breed restrictions apply.

A quarterly pest control service is included in your rent. We also have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies with employees on call.
