Jamestown

The Jamestown is located on a quiet side street in west-central Huntington at 515 Monroe Avenue, Huntington, WV 25704. The Colonial style building features apartment homes with an over-sized picture window in the living room.

The Jamestown community offers spacious rooms, large closets, and an efficient kitchen with washer-dryer connections in each unit. A private reserved carport space and your own lockable storage unit are included at no extra charge.

A quarterly pest control service is included in your rent. We also have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies with employees on call.

Trash is included. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.

Pets are permitted but must first be approved by management. A one-time $200 nonrefundable pet fee (not per pet) is required, as well as $25 monthly pet rent (also not per pet). Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact our office for more information.
