Park Place is located at 1616 Spring Valley Drive, a convenient ¼ mile west of the entrance to the VA Medical Center and ¼ mile east of the Spring Valley High School. Residents will enjoy access to the swimming pool, gazebo, basketball court, 24 hour fitness center, and clubhouse with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Trash is included. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.

Pets are permitted but must first be approved by management. A one-time $200 nonrefundable pet fee (not per pet) is required, as well as $25 monthly pet rent (also not per pet). Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact our office for more information.

This tranquil community features on-site management and ample off-street parking and offers studios as well as one, two, and three bedroom apartments.

The studio apartments, at 375 sq. ft., include all utilities and Wi-Fi at their listed price. These units are among the newest at Park Place having been completed in March 2017. They feature wood-look tile throughout the entire apartment and come equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Park Place offers two styles of one bedroom apartments.

• The Designer Series one bedrooms come with a one car garage and come in just under 700 sq. ft. They come equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
• In addition, the community also boasts the Poolside one bedrooms. Having been completed in late 2016, these upscale units are extremely spacious at almost 750 sq. ft. They also come equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer as well as a rear patio or balcony overlooking the pool.

The two bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom, two story townhouses are 1056 sq. ft. All of the two bedrooms have a rear patio and are entirely electric for central heat and air. The townhouses offer the same floor plan and square footage, but feature three different styles based on aesthetics detailed below.

• Standard Two Bedroom Townhouse

The standard two bedroom units have the same amount of space as the deluxe and premium townhouses. However, they are not equipped with a washer/dryer, nor is there a hookup inside the apartment. Residents are encouraged to use the laundry facility inside the clubhouse adjacent to the apartments. These units are at the entry level price point due to not having the washer/dryer inside the apartment.

• Deluxe Two Bedroom Townhouse

The deluxe two bedroom units are similar to the standard townhouses but also feature an upgraded kitchen with newer cabinets, an over the range microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer that all come with the apartment.

• Designer Series Two Bedroom Townhouse

The designer series two bedroom units have been completely renovated. They feature amenities such as solid poplar trim and doors, crown moulding, and custom wood-look tile.

Park Place also offers three bedroom townhouses. These spacious apartments feature 1,476 sq. ft. of living space. The floor plan is the same as a two bedroom townhouse but also includes an additional living room and primary bedroom with ensuite bath and walk-in closet on the ground floor. They also come equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer as well as an extended rear patio.

In addition to a communal trash receptacle, Park Place has a recycling center, and a quarterly pest control service is included in your rent. We have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies with employees on call as well as on site management.
