Normandie

The Normandie, located at 946 Madison Avenue, Huntington, WV 25704, is only 4 miles to the VA Medical Center. It is also close to I-64, downtown Huntington, Ritter Park, and the antique shops of old central city. This security-designed, building features an intercom system for each unit and key code access for entry.

All electric, these one bedroom units are 625 sq. ft and feature the same floor plan.

Some units include a microwave, dishwasher, as well as washer and dryer. A coin laundromat is located inside the building for those units that do not include a washer and dryer.

Trash is included. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.

Pets are permitted but must first be approved by management. A one-time $200 nonrefundable pet fee (not per pet) is required, as well as $25 monthly pet rent (also not per pet). Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact our office for more information.

A quarterly pest control service is included in your rent. We also have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies with employees on call.
