What is included in the rental price?

Trash is always included. Residents are responsible for all other applicable utilities including cable and internet.

How much is the damage deposit?

The deposit can range from $300 to the equivalence of one month’s rent. Deposit amount is based off apartment size and application results. Call the office for further details.

What is required to move in to an apartment?

First, you must fill out an application and become approved. Once approved, then you must pay damage deposit and pro-rated rent for that month in order to move in.

Do you allow pets?

Do you offer short term leases?

Yes. We offer three, six, and 12 month leases. Any lease shorter than 12 months will incur an increase in addition to the standard monthly rate.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $30 for the first applicant. A supplemental $20 fee is required for each additional applicant over 18 years of age. The fee covers a credit check, criminal background check, sex offender check, and terrorist check.

A credit check is not required for non-leaseholders over 18 years of age. However, in this case, a criminal background check must still be performed.

How do I pay my rent?

You can pay rent in multiple ways including submitting a check or money order to our leasing office drop box after hours, to our leasing office during business hours, online with a credit card, debit card, or e-check using RentPayment, or by mailing a check or money order to PO Box 7892, Huntington, WV 25778.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due by 5 p.m. on the first of each month. A $5 daily late fee will accrue if rent is not paid in full by the due date.

Do I have to pay to park?

No. Off-street parking is included in the rent at every location. Please call our leasing office for questions about parking regulations.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do offer advance pay discounts of up to 4% off your monthly rent when paid in advance. Please call the leasing office for more information about advance pay discounts and current leasing specials.

When do I get my security deposit back?

Security refunds are subject to any charges due for damages, unpaid rent, etc. If you are due a refund, it will be processed within approximately 30-days after the lease expiration date and/or the notice to vacate date that has been provided with proper written notice.

Are satellite dishes allowed?

In an effort to maintain our community in as an attractive manner as possible, satellite dishes are not permitted.

Are guests allowed in my apartment?

Any person staying at an apartment for more than ten (10) days is no longer considered a guest. Please contact the leasing office to make the appropriate arrangements.
