French Colony

French Colony is centrally located at 2305 Adams Avenue, Huntington, WV 25704, on US Route 60. This energy efficient complex is close to Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and restaurants. It is near I-64 exits and the 17th street bridge to Ohio and minutes to downtown Huntington or the VA Medical Center.

All electric, one bedroom apartment homes are 625 sq. ft.

Gas heated two bedroom, 1 ½ bath, two story townhouses with rear patio are 1056 sq. ft.

Most units include microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. For those units that do not have a washer and dryer, the complex offers a coin laundromat on site. This community is also on public bus route.

Trash is included. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.

Pets are permitted but must first be approved by management. A one-time $200 nonrefundable pet fee (not per pet) is required, as well as $25 monthly pet rent (also not per pet). Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact our office for more information.

A quarterly pest control service is included in your rent. We also have a 24-hour answering service for emergencies with employees on call.
